How do I add my person?
In the Us tab, send your code or enter your person's code. You can also find your code in Profile.
I can't see the Question of the Day answer
You will see your person's answer after you answer. The question changes at midnight.
Who can see my chat with the fox?
Only you. Your person cannot see it, and the fox never tells what the other person writes. The answers are written by an AI model, so they can be wrong. You delete one chat in its menu: Delete chat. You delete all of them at once in Profile, Lisek AI, and that is also where you turn chats with the fox off.
Notifications are not arriving
Check Profile, Notifications. If they are turned off on your iPhone, turn them on in iPhone Settings. During quiet hours, notifications arrive without sound.
Premium is not working for my person
Premium extends to the people you have added in Liskove. Add each other with a code and open the app again. Profile, Restore Purchases also helps.
Premium bought on another phone
Go to Profile and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID.
The widget is not updating
Open Liskove for a moment. The doodle also updates after a notification about a new doodle.
How do I turn off reminders or statistics?
You can turn off reminders and offers in Profile, Notifications. You can turn off statistics and the choice of reminder time in Profile, Privacy: the Usage stats switch. We then delete the collected statistics right away, and reminders, if you have them on, come at a fixed time, usually 7 PM.
Can my person see that I'm in Liskove?
Yes, if you have Show when I'm in Liskove turned on (Profile, Privacy). They then see a green dot, and on a day you open the app, they may get a reminder from the fox. When you turn it off, nobody sees when you are here, you do not see the green dot either, and your time together in the app is not counted.
How do I remove someone from my people?
Profile, Together, Manage connection, Remove from your people. Your shared fox stays with your person, and messages and doodles stop arriving. The other person does not get a notification.
Someone is harassing me or sending bad things
Next to a message, doodle or answer, choose Report. The same menu has Block this person, and you will find the same in Profile: Together, Manage connection. A blocked person can no longer join you with your code and will not find out about the block. If someone is in danger, call 112 (or your local emergency number).
Someone knows my code and shouldn't
Profile, Privacy, Change invite code. The old code stops working right away.
How do I delete my account?
Profile, Account, Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
