Offer and Gift Rules

1. Prices and discounts

The current price is always shown on the App Store purchase screen. We do not show made-up or crossed-out old prices.

With every discount, including one shown as a percentage, we show the lowest price from the 30 days before the discount. We calculate the discount percentage from that price. We also show the price you will pay when the discount ends.

2. Starter wheel

A new account can spin the starter wheel once. Every new couple gets the same welcome price for the first year of Premium. The offer is valid for 15 minutes from the spin and does not come back on that account once it expires. The welcome price is an App Store introductory offer: it applies only if Apple considers you eligible, for example if you are not yet using a free trial. Otherwise you will see the regular price.

The welcome price can be used only for Premium in Liskove. It cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.

The starter wheel is run by Maksymilian Waszkiewicz. Apple is not a sponsor or organizer of this offer.

3. The “Don't delete me” gift

From the Liskove icon on the Home Screen, you can claim 3 days of Premium as a gift, once per account. When they end, the same icon may show a one-time offer for the first year of Premium, valid for 72 hours. People who already have Premium only get a thank-you. Apple is not a sponsor or organizer of this offer.

4. Daily Lucky Wheel

One free spin a day. The server draws the result. The wheel is free: you cannot buy anything in it or buy extra spins. You can see the odds of every segment under the “i” button. Everyone can get the 3 days of Premium segment: if you already have Premium, you get these days at the end of your current Premium period, so your Premium is extended. x2 Challenge and XP +50% give your fox extra XP, but they do not count toward the leaderboard. If you have more than one relationship, each fox gets its own free spin a day. The 3 days of Premium, XP +50% and x2 Challenge segments are for your whole account, so they are only on the first wheel you spin that day. Your other foxes spin a wheel with berries and items that day, and the odds under the “i” button always describe the wheel you see.

Prizes work only in Liskove, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

5. Daily goals chest

After you complete today's three goals, you can open a free surprise chest once a day. The chest cannot be bought, and you cannot buy extra openings. The server draws the prize before the chest opens, and the animation only reveals it.

The chest may hold berries for your fox, an XP bonus for tomorrow (it does not count toward the leaderboard), wardrobe items and, from time to time, days of Premium. If your fox already has every item in the pool, it gets berries instead of an item. The days of Premium go to the person who opens the chest. If you already have Premium, you get these days at the end of your current Premium period.

Prizes work only in Liskove, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. Premium as a gift

Days of Premium from a gift, the wheel, the chest, the leaderboard or referrals do not renew by themselves and cost nothing. If you already have Premium, we count them from the end of your current Premium period. They do not change the renewal date or the price of your App Store subscription: when your subscription renews, the prize days run alongside it. If your current Premium period ends earlier, for example after a refund or when Premium from your person ends, the prize days start running from that moment. When they end, if you have no subscription, you go back to the free version, and your berries, items and your fox's progress stay.

7. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Offers in notifications

We send offers in notifications only to people without Premium who agree to them: Profile, Notifications, I'd like offers and promotions. You can withdraw your consent with the same switch.

9. Gift Liskove to a couple you know (referrals)

Every relationship in Liskove has its own referral code and the link liskove.pl/z/<code>. A couple who gets the link opens it on an iPhone or adds the code in the app: when creating an account or in Profile, I have a referral code.

• Who can add a code: a person whose account is at most 14 days old, once per account. You cannot add the code of your own relationship or the code of a couple that includes someone you have already been connected with in Liskove.
• Activation: the person with the code connects with their person in Liskove within 30 days of adding the code, and it is their first relationship in Liskove. Then, within the first 7 days after connecting, each of the two people in the new couple opens Liskove on at least 3 different days. Only then is the referral active.
• Reward for the new couple: after activation, each of the two people gets 7 days of Premium to start with, once per account.
• Reward for the referring couple: after activation, each of the two people in the relationship that shared the code gets 7 days of Premium. For the 3rd, 5th and 10th rewarded couple in a calendar year they get an extra 14, 30 and 90 days of Premium, and your fox gets berries: 50 for the first rewarded couple of the year, 100 for the third, 150 for the fifth and 300 for the tenth. The reward is given only if the relationship that shared the code still exists at the time of activation.
• Limit: up to 10 rewarded couples per person in a calendar year, across all relationships. For couples above the limit, the referring couple gets no reward, and the new couple still gets theirs.
• Review: if one relationship already has 5 active referred couples from the last 30 days, we first review the referring couple's reward for each further couple by hand. The new couple gets their reward right away.
• A referral does not count if someone refers themselves or their own relationship, the new couple was connected with the referring couple before or was already counted in another referral, the other person in the new couple was in another referred couple within the past year, the referral comes from the same phone (we compare hashes of notification tokens), or the new couple is not active in the first 7 days.
• We never give rewards for ratings or reviews in the App Store. A referral code unlocks nothing when it is added: the server gives rewards only after activation, and we let you know in a notification.
• Days of Premium from referrals work like other gifted days of Premium (section 6). Rewards work only in Liskove, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• The referring couple sees only the status of each referral, without the new couple's names or activity. A person with the link sees the names of the couple who invites them.
• We give no reward for a referral that breaks these rules. We may end the program. Rewards for couples who were already active stay.
